We don't hold personal home addresses, personal phone numbers or anything that isn't already public.
Public sources only: business directories, map listings, Companies House, your own social media pages and public review sites.
To build a preview website for your business and to write to you once about it. We rely on our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses, and we've kept it to the minimum needed: one letter, and no email unless your business is a registered company that publishes a business email address.
We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
If you don't reply, we delete your details and take your preview offline 12 months after our letter. If you ask us to stop, we delete them straight away, except for a note that you've opted out so we never contact you again.
You can object to us using your details at any time, and we'll stop. You can also ask to see, correct or delete what we hold. Email hello@xtropic.uk — the word “unsubscribe” is enough.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This site doesn't use cookies or tracking. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.
